Cascades & The Botbox

Botbox Features

• Multisymbols Feature - randomly in the same position, any regular symbol may become a Multisymbol. If that happens, the Multisymbol will also explode to destroy all regular figures in close proximity.
• The Button Feature - a button replaces the respective Botbox and activates either Absorb or Transform feature.
• Absorb Feature - selects one regular symbol connected to The Button and absorbs all instances of the same kind across the grid, creating a Multisymbol.
• Transform Feature - selects one regular symbol connected to The Button and transforms all instances across the grid in another type of regular symbol.
• Wilds & Hot Wilds - botboxes can transform into wild or hot wild symbols. The second type is indicated by a blue swirl and it has the power to replace a random number of regular symbols across the board into wilds.
• Multiplier Feature - botboxes can turn into multipliers, which are added one to another in the Multiplayer screen on the grid's left side. It's a progressive feature within the same spin during the base game and affects every winning cluster.
• Expand Grid Feature - it can activate up to 2 times per spin, increasing the grid size first to 6x6 and then to 7x7.

Keep in mind that if you manage to remove all paying symbols from the grid, the system will activate Bot Frenzy. A random number of Botboxes will appear on the board in addition to those formed after the cluster wins. New symbols will drop to cover the gaps, and the sequence will begin.

Bonus Free Drops

Three scatters in view at the same time activate the Free Drops bonus and 7 free spins. The Multiplier, current grid size, and unactivated Botboxes, if any, are carried into the bonus minigame. All of them are persistent until the end of the Free Drops. Used Botboxes are removed as usual and all features are active.

Super Bonus Free Drops

If you land 4 scatters at the same time, the Super Free Drops starts with 9 initial free spins. Every scatter that lands during this minigame adds a free drop to the remaining balance. The gameplay doesn't give us an exact answer, which is of those two, but puts the setting among a neverending scrapyard full of old electrical equipment and all kinds of useless machinery.

All in all, Tinkerbot moves well and has all the potential to deliver premium-quality slot entertainment. But isn't that true for all games released by ELK Studios in recent years? Personally, I think the Cygnus and Pirots series are brilliant, along with all other online machines with multi-way and advanced mechanics.

Furthermore, they all share the same flaw - a 94% RTP, but it's compensated by amazing features and high win caps. The symbol transformation is a good example, just like the frequent multipliers and wild modifiers, available in Tinkerbot as well. There is no poor title in the provider's repertoire in 2024 and if you feel bored, this one may be the trigger that you need!
