Triple Pot Diamond is an easy sequel to understand on the surface, but the deeper you look, the more it feels like Pragmatic Play reshuffled the priorities. Visually, it’s a clear step forward for me. The game looks cleaner, less generic, and more confident than Triple Pot Gold, while keeping the same recognizable setting and the same core rhythm built around cash and Collect symbols hits and a free spins round that can grow through retriggers.

That said, I’m still a bit conflicted about the ‘3 pot’ identity here. Yes, there are technically three pots and three Scatter symbols, but they don’t really behave like three distinct paths. In Triple Pot Gold, the different Scatters created more obvious variety because the modifier logic wasn’t identical across the board. Here, the pots are basically clones of each other – they use the same x5-in-position and x2-adjacent pattern, zero difference.

Then there’s the math, which is the most mixed part of the package. For a fact, the max win here is twice as big as in the predecessor. But the probability of hitting one is roughly 27 times worse, and that changes how meaningful the upgrade feels in real terms.

All up, Triple Pot Diamond isn’t a bad game for sure – it looks great, and the gameplay is solid enough – but, perhaps, it isn’t the best sequel.
