It’s already July and the Rico Series has grown significantly, but this review article is not for the latest sequels. Rico Rabbit was released in May to continue the Rico Gorila adventure and reach new heights. This time, the hero is a well-dressed rabbit standing in an Asian setting and ready to pour riches upon players.

Popok Gaming is the studio behind Rico Rabbit and Rico Series. The award-winning company was established in 2019 and holds multiple major licenses. Popok Gaming is involved in the development of slots, Live Casino, instant-win games, and Crash Games. Rico Rabbit changed the series direction by modifying the grid to be more classic. Rico Gorila and Rico DJ have wider 3-4-3 boards with 10 paylines, and respectively, higher max wins. In fact, the low jackpots are what rate Rico Rabbit and Rico Tiger lower than they deserve. The good news for Popok Gaming fans is that the RTP isn’t that bad.

The original game was quite a success because of the medium volatility and a payout rate of 96.96%. It went down here to 96.37%, but is even lower in the last two sequels to the series. Overall, Rico Rabbit is fun and fast, with spectacular audio-visual effects and frequent wins. Features, however, seem overused, despite their popularity.

You can find them fully or partially in Super Diamond Wild and Sticky Joker, and these slots were released by iSoftBet in 2019 and Play’N GO in 2020. There were dozens of similar releases throughout the years with almost nothing changed. I personally prefer Trickstar Spins, released earlier in 2025 by Yggdrasil.
