Our Verdict

IGT frequently adapts its land-based slots for online play, with varying degrees of success. I found Greenback Attack game to be a successful example of this conversion. The charming piggybanks and brass-based soundtrack capture the atmosphere of wealth and riches quite well. The intro, featuring a shower of cash raining down, effectively hints at the game's potential for big wins, even if the money theme itself is fairly standard. The overall land-based vibe offers a touch of nostalgia that, in my experience, adds to the game's appeal.

While the spin pace is decent, the lack of a turbo option or the ability to stop the reels quicker by clicking the spin button again is a bit annoying. Similarly, the absence of hit frequency stats and a disclosed volatility level in the game info section is another drawback. That said, the lack of base game features isn't a major issue, as both the free spins and Greenback Attack Bonus trigger regularly. In my experience, the majority of winnings come from the Greenback Attack Bonus, which is also fronted as the game’s main feature.
