Our Verdict

Blueprint’s never-ending Cash Strike series keeps up the tempo with regular new installments, and Cash Strike Triple Action is as good an entry as any. Players expecting groundbreaking innovation will be disappointed, but that’s hardly what we have learned to expect from this range anyway. The retro fruit machine vibe is going strong, and it blends well with the blazing cosmic-inspired theme. It’s hardly the first time we see this, but it still gets the job done.

One thing I didn’t enjoy is the pace of the game and the lack of a turbo mode feature to amend the issue. Each spin takes too long, at least for my taste, and you often have to endure lengthy teaser spins of the 6th reel to boot. I found myself hammering the spin button for the slim chance that it would reveal some hidden turbo button, but there simply isn’t one to be found in the Cash Strike Triple Action slot.

The Triple Action pots are a somewhat unique twist, and I do like that you always benefit from all 3 pots, unlike in so many similar games. However, it can take a while to increase the values of these pots, and getting to the max values is rare since you’ll most likely trigger the Action Spins bonus round before that happens. The Action Strike Collect symbol allows you to benefit from the multiplier also in the base game, which is appreciated, but again, don’t expect miracles.

You can expect more Cash Prize collection in the Action Spins bonus, where every collection is boosted by the achieved multiplier. That being said, you still need to land Collect symbols to win anything. Cash Strike Triple Action features a decent 5,000x max win, but overall, the game didn’t leave me wanting a second go. Between the annoyingly slow pace, the endless teasers, and the overall tediousness of the experience, I cannot recommend this to anyone but diehard fans of the Cash Strike range.
