The visual presentation is solid as usual though, and this is not the first time Red Tiger releases a progression system slot. The fact that you have to unlock even the premium character symbols is a bit unusual though, and it might rub some players the wrong way. When playing Shadow Society we couldn’t help but think about what a developer like NoLimit City could do with an intriguing subject like secret societies and the conspiracy world. Red Tiger hasn’t exactly gone to town with the subject matter, but the presentation is polished as is usually the case with this developer.

The progression system is hardly for everyone though, as it means you’re starting out severely handicapped without the ability to even land premium symbols. When firing on all cylinders Shadow Society is capable of dishing out 10,000x your stake, which is unusually high for a Red Tiger release. We don’t think all that many players will bother jumping through the hoops though, but a certain crowd might be intrigued by the questlike progression element.
