Fortune Rabbit Review

Fortune Rabbit is a mix between the classic Asian theme, with an urban twist. The rabbit is seen skateboarding on the splash screen, although he stands mostly still above the 3-4-3 grid when you play. He will react to anything that happens, of course, and celebrate every win with as much enthusiasm as he can muster. This is a mobile friendly release from PG Soft, as always, and it’s a neat little game to have available on the go.

The gameplay is simple enough, and the pace is excellent all the way. You can land regular line wins, and up to 200x your stake can be won from only 3 wilds. The Prize symbols take center stage in this game though, and landing 5+ in view collects all the prize values. They can go as high as 500x per symbol, and you get a Fortune Spins bonus round with only prize symbols at random times. Overall, we had a pretty good time with Fortune Rabbit, and it's well worth a closer look.

The symbols pay between 2 and 100 x your stake for 3 of a kind wins, and the Rabbit Wild symbol steps in for pay symbols to help complete wins. The Wild pays 200x your stake for 3 of a kind win, and it cannot substitute for prize symbols.

You can land Prize Symbols at any given time, and they come with values between 0.5x and 500x your stake. You need at least 5 prize symbols in view at the same time to win anything from the Prize Symbol feature, however, and this awards the sum total of all present prize symbols.

The Fortune Rabbit Feature may trigger at any given spin, and it awards 8 Fortune Spins. Only prize symbols and/or blanks appear during the feature, and you still need at least 5 prize symbols in view to win the sum total of the prizes.

Review Summary

PG Soft has admittedly created a charming Asian-themed release with Fortune Rabbit, and it’s clearly a celebration of the newly entered Year of the Rabbit. The visual experience is pretty engaging, not least for an oriental release, and the prize feature is kind of fun as well. There is nothing too extraordinary to be seen here perhaps, but Fortune Rabbit will keep you entertained wherever you decide to play it.

The release is mobile friendly, as is always the case with PG Soft, and you can land decent payouts from the Wild symbol as well. The Fortune Spins bonus round can be both frustrating and fun, as landing too few scatters on plenty of spins can get annoying. On the flipside, you can collect solid wins from the feature on a good day, and it does liven things up each time it triggers. We like that the 5,000x potential matches the announced max win in this release, and we hope PG Soft continues on that path.
