Our Verdict

Power Fortune stands out a bit from most Asian-themed slots, mostly because of the strong focus on the Cai Shen characters. Not that this mythological character does not appear in plenty of similar slots, but it’s still unusual to see so many versions of him cramped into the same game. The Yin Yang area above the reels, filled with gold coins as it is, also gives Power Fortune a distinct look and feel, offering a different vibe than the usual generic stuff.

The mobile-centric design makes the game area look a bit small on larger screens, but it’s a good option for on-the-go play in portrait mode. I do like that you can choose between 3 spin speed options, and the pace is excellent with the turbo maxed out. You can plow through plenty of spins quickly, which shortens the time between bonus triggers. Keep your eyes peeled for the stacked Cai Shen symbols, though, as you will probably want to savor multiplier-boosted wins.

The Yin Yang symbols are collected all the way as you play, inching you closer to the jackpot bonus game. You should also know that your chances of this bonus game increase with your bet level, although no stats are disclosed about this by Yellow Bat. The fixed jackpots in this bonus game aren’t that impressive, to be honest, but the progressive grand jackpot can deliver payouts that exceed the regular 8,000x win cap.
