The main idea remains the same, with cash collection mechanics at the core, but everything else feels different. It’s a whole new experience.

That said, that’s the default state, and it has the capabilities to expand significantly during features, which I’ll cover in more detail further down the review. Wins are formed by landing matching symbols on adjacent reels from the leftmost side, starting from three of a kind. As for stakes, bets range from €0.20 to €40 per spin, and up to €50 with the bonus bet option enabled.

Our Verdict

I really like the direction Booming Games is taking with the Power Hit series. Honestly, we’re all a bit tired of sequels that barely evolve beyond a new skin or some subtle tweaks to existing features. Here, the studio went in the opposite direction. They dropped a whole new experience under the same name.

The game itself is not bad. Cash collection remains the star of the show. Not unique by any means, but effective, and capable of producing massive wins at any stage, with jackpots up to 500x. Well, I find it weird that the jackpots took a noticeable cut compared to Inferno Fortune, where the Grand one, for instance, is 2,000x. Still, the overall max win potential has doubled to 10,000x, so nothing to complain about.

On top of that, the random modifiers keep things lively, adding an extra layer of entertainment and rewards, and the fact that they’re available both in the base game and free spins makes them feel more impactful. Speaking of free spins, I much prefer the new approach – moving away from a Hold and Win style bonus to a more traditional free spins round that simply incorporates both cash collection mechanics as a part of it. All up, kudos to Booming Games for delivering a sequel that actually feels like a sequel.
