I get the idea – the whole point is to collect tokens and wait for the features to charge up before they go pop up. But to be honest, the wait can feel painfully long. Or, if you’re OK with taking your time to fully charge a bonus before it triggers … well, it takes a lot of patience, let's say. Crystals don't trigger upgrades as often as you'd wish. In any way, you'd spend quite a while grinding through the base game.

That said, I really appreciate the Mystery symbols. They show up often and not seldom land in full stacks, creating big clusters and decent hits even outside the bonus rounds. It adds a much-needed bit of action between the features. And from a presentation standpoint, I really enjoyed what Triple Edge Studios did here. The visuals are great, packed with charm, and do convey D&D vibe.
