The picturesque scenery and semi-realistic backdrop combine well with the cartoon-style animations. However, the unorthodox 3-4-5-4-3 grid format seems unnecessary. It would have worked better if the whole grid was placed below the surface. I guess the idea is to limit the size of reels 4 and 5, since this is where the largest fish prizes are bound to land. Anyway, these are minor details, and overall, it all flows smoothly with the quick spin mode enabled.

The enthusiastic bear character cast in the role of the fisherman is an original twist, and I also like that you don’t need him to land as a wild symbol in order to catch fish prizes. All you need is to land at least 2 fish on reels 1 and 2, and it’s game on. Keep in mind that other fish prizes must land on consecutive adjacent reels to be part of your catch, which can be frustrating when the connection is broken between the first two reels and the final two ‘big catch’ reels.
