The London Underground is the oldest underground railway system in the world, and it was opened all the way back in 1863. It comes with 270 stations, and plenty of ghost stations that are no longer in use. The lack of people would suggest that the London Tube slot from Red Tiger plays out on such a ghost station, but the reels are filled with different characters at least. The visuals are decent overall, and the base game goes in 10 spin cycles.

Positions get marked by a golden frame in the first 9 spins, and then all framed positions turn into either wilds, ways multipliers, and/or cash prizes. You get 3 golden frames that move around per bonus round spin, and scatters take you to the next station. Review Summary

The London Subway system is usually more packed than the impression you get in this game, and it’s a bit strange that a policeman has been chosen as the top-tier symbol. They have their own rides after all, and it’s rare to see them on the tube in full uniform unless something bad has happened. Anyway, London Tube is a decent enough game from Red Tiger, but it does come across as a bit too charmless and generic in the visual department.

The 10 spins cycle system is more elaborate than many similar games, however, since most of them come with only wilds on the 10th spin. Here you get both ways multipliers and cash prizes in addition to wilds, which keeps things varied and mixed up in the base game. You get a small climax on a regular basis in other words, and the bonus station system you get in the bonus round is clever as well. This can upgrade the feature in different ways, and land you up to 6,000x your stake. Overall, London Tube is worth checking out, but it’s hardly an instant classic.
