Agent Royale slot review
If you focus on the background in Agent Royale slot, you might get a dizzy spell the first time. The angle is unusual, and it feels like you’ve just been knocked down by some bad guy, laying on your back staring up. The blonde character with her dragon tattoo might make you dizzy for other reasons, but we’re unsure if she’s an alley or a double agent.
Everything is prepped for some intense 007-inspired action it seems, everything except the math model. The symbol values are rather low here, with the top paying regular bomb symbol offering only 4x for 5 on a payline. The bonus round can deliver decent payouts, however, and with the right constellation of sticky wilds each spin can become a guaranteed winner.

Agent Royale slot Features
You have 2 different wild symbols in this game, namely the 1x1 bomb wild and the 1x2 Agent Royale wild. They both step in for all regular pay symbols to help you form winning combos, as wilds usually do. However, when you land an instance of the Agent Wild together with at least one regular bomb symbol, the special agent will try to defuse all bombs that are present.
If the agent cuts the “correct” wire, all instances of the regular bomb symbol turn into the golden wild bomb version. All wild bombs become sticky on the reels for the next spin, and they remain sticky for yet another spin if the agent defuses more bombs on the next spin. If the agent cuts the “wrong” wire, the symbol does not explode, unfortunately. Instead, they just remain as regular bomb symbols.
The tattoed, blonde femme fatale is the scatter symbol in this game, and it can land anywhere. You get 8 free spins when you land at least 3 of her on the same spin. Sticky wild bombs from the base game are carried over into the bonus round, and the Agent will be placed as a sticky wild on the center position of reel 3 for the duration of the feature.
Any new bomb symbols that are defused into wilds will also become sticky, just as long as they are part of a winning combo. If you get the right combination of sticky wilds in the bonus round, you can get a win on every single spin. This happened to us, as you can see below.
The 200 Spins Agent Royale slot Experience
We got really lucky, as well-placed wilds were carried over from the base game into the Licence to Spin bonus round. With the Agent wild smack in the middle, we landed decent payouts on every single free spin. You can see how it all played out in the brief highlights video below, and the bonus round starts around 0:40 into the video.
Review Summary
Agent Royale comes across as a little bit too slick and superficial in our humble opinion. The glossy visual presentation only adds to that impression. The Red Tiger developers have missed an obvious opportunity here. If you’re going to include bomb defusing wire cutting action, at least let the bomb explode to create some reel modifying extra if the wrong wire is cut.
The bomb symbol simply remaining a regular bomb symbol instead of turning wild does nothing to add any dramatic effect to the gameplay. The bonus round can be quite lucrative if you have the right constellation of sticky wilds, but the low symbol value “defuses” the potential somewhat. A full screen of wilds lands you 200x your stake, and you can win up to 1,760x from the bonus round at most.
Pros
- 1x2 Agent Wild defuse bombs to turn them wild
- Bonus round where bomb wilds become sticky
- Medium volatility and 1,760x max win potential
Cons
- Cutting the wrong wire doesn’t mean the bombs explode
