Piggy Master… what comes to mind when you hear it? Maybe a summer vacation with golden beaches somewhere in a tropical paradise? Or perhaps clash of steel, medieval shields, and even Mjolnir? Indian elephants, anyone? Or, well, a piggy armed with a water pistol.

If you wonder what on earth these questions have in common, well, that’s exactly the point. Piggy Master by PlayStar is all of that. Yeah, it’s a mix of everything, and the result is chaotic and a little absurd, but that’s what makes it stand out right from the start.

Adding to the absurdity, the first thing you see is the game’s slogan – ‘Get piggy, get lucky! Call me master big win!’ – right on the splash screen. At first glance, aside from the questionable pig attire, everything seems normal. The backdrop is a typical summer destination, with golden sands, palm trees, and crystal clear blue sea, all drenched in warm sunlight. The sound design matches this imagery perfectly – upbeat tunes with playful effects. It’s all light and cheerful.

But the longer you stare, the stranger it becomes. Symbols range from coconuts with straws and beach shovels to the usual card suits, which all make sense. Then, suddenly, you spot medieval shields, Thor’s mighty Mjolnir, some kind of glowing magical orbs, and small figurines of Indian elephants. What kind of mix is that?

Since we’re already talking about symbols, let’s break them down and see how this whole setup works. Wins pay on adjacent reels, starting from the leftmost, with payouts starting from 3-of-a-kind or more. Values below are shown for combinations of six symbols:

Final Thoughts

Well, I can honestly say it’s one of the strangest slots I’ve played in a while. The theme is absurd, chaotic, and unlike anything else, and that’s exactly what makes Piggy Master so entertaining. It’s weird, but it works.

When it comes to gameplay, though, the creativity doesn’t quite match the visuals. Underneath the strange theme, Piggy Master is essentially a clone of PG Soft’s Lucky Neko. The dynamic reels, cascading wins, multipliers, and symbol upgrade system will feel very familiar if you’ve played that game before.

Still, Playstar is not the first to copy, and at least they did it in a way that’s genuinely fun to play. Definitely worth trying if you’re in the mood for something really strange but super fun.
