The pollution of the ocean is a massive problem, and it would be cool if otters and other sea creatures could be trained to clean up our mess. It would hardly be fair, however, and the sad truth is that we need to get our act together before it’s too late. Anyway, Otterly Amazing comes with an original theme at least, and the subsea visuals are convincing (and a bit depressing with all the garbage).

The otters balance that out nicely with their natural charm though, and you get some decent features to keep you going in the base game. Don’t expect too much from them most of the time though, as this game’s highlight is definitely the bonus round. That’s when the clean the ocean operation commences after all, and the feature can turn lucrative if you’re able to upgrade it above a certain threshold. You can win up to 17,752x your stake, which is respectable, and Otterly Amazing is a pretty enjoyable release with something as seldom as a moral to the story.
