Pragmatic Play is apparently not finished milking their original success story, Gates Of Olympus, but it’s starting to become a bit too much by now. Of course, players may see that differently from us, as they don’t necessarily have the same overview, and Hockey Bonanza might just be a fun new slot to many newcomers. Either way, after the Aztec remake, players into sports can now also enjoy a hockey-themed copycat installment.

Hockey Bonanza isn’t anything too special in the visual department, but you get a hockey player on the right-hand side that comes alive once in a while. He will show off some moves mostly when you win or trigger something, and the game revolves around the additive multiplier symbols as usual. This can lead to solid tumble win sequences in all stages of the game, and not least in the bonus round when the multiplier only keeps building. The 5,000x max win is decent, and it comes with a 1 in 697,350 spins hit rate (or at least that’s the case in Gates of Aztec).
