You can land red, green and blue regular wilds and 2x multiplier wilds on the framed middle reels (2, 3 and 4). These will step in for regular symbols to help you form winning combos. If more than one multiplier wild is part of a winning combo, the multiplier values multiply with each other to give you some potentially decent base game payouts.

On the left-hand side of the reels, you’ll see the Tiki Reward Jackpots. There are 3 smaller jackpots to win here, and one Golden Tiki Jackpot of 1,000x your stake. You win the smaller red, blue and green jackpots by landing 3 wild symbols of the same color anywhere on the 3 middle reels.

These are fixed, yet changing, jackpots that always equal 30x combined. Land 3 golden tiki wilds, and you will win all 4 jackpots combined (that is 1,030x, to be clear). The smaller jackpots can also be multiplied by any wild multipliers that might be involved in the triggering of them. However, this does not apply to the Golden Tiki Jackpot, as the golden tiki wilds don’t come with multipliers attached.

Another highlight is the Free Spins Bonus Round. You get 7 spins when you land at least 3 scatters anywhere on the reels. The frame around the 3 middle reels will change its “tiki color” on every free spin, and you will then land only the corresponding Tiki wilds of the same color.

This naturally increases your chances for landing a Tiki Jackpot. You can also land +1 symbols, and these will add 1 extra free spin to your tally per symbol you land. You can always land golden tiki wilds in the bonus round, no matter the color of the middle reels frame.

Review Summary

Tiki Reward is more straight-forward than it might sound, and it comes with a well-balanced set of bonus features. The 2x multiplier wilds can give you some decent base game wins at times, at least enough to keep you motivated as you aim for the bonus round and/or the big jackpot.

Winning a number of smaller jackpots is quite easy during the free spins round. However, landing the Golden Tiki Jackpot of 1,030x is not something that happens too often. Most of the time the colored Tiki wilds land without any multiplier attached also, and we didn’t land a single multiplier wild in our test session bonus round. This game would have been helped a lot if also the golden jackpot could get a multiplier boost, but sadly this is not possible.
