The Gigablox symbols can land large enough to cover the full grid, and except for wilds you get very little else going on in the base game. This game is meant to appeal to those with a nostalgic relationship to toy soldiers, and it comes with a decent enough visual presentation in that regard. Spinning the reels takes a bit too long for our liking, and we couldn’t find any turbo spin option. You’re left completely at the mercy of the Gigablox feature in the base game, and the best you can hope for is a screen full of wilds awarding 480x your stake.

The overall 2,880x potential is not all that impressive either, especially not when you factor in the high volatility. The Engage the Enemy Bonus Round can build up to some tense moments if you manage to remove enough symbols. Larger wins come from the multiplier Gigablox symbol that lands on every spin, but overall this comes across as a pretty mediocre installment in the Gigablox series.
