We don’t mind at all, as these are both solid installments in different ways, and Kodiak Kingdom has certainly captured a “Kodak moment” of untamed Alaskan nature and wildlife. You get 2 wilds in this game, a regular wild and the multiplier wild on display on the right-hand side. Both wilds step in for all regular pay symbols to help you complete winning combos, and they can land on reels 2 to 5 only. The wilds hold no value of their own, but 5 of a kind wins with the animal premium symbols pay between 2.5 and 7 x your stake.

The Multiplier Wilds increase the global win multiplier by +1 per multiplier wild that lands on the same spin. The global win multiplier is seen on the right-hand side, and it starts at x1 by default. The multiplier value resets per spin in the base game.

You will probably get in the mood for some fly fishing, or at least a trip into the wild, when playing Kodiak Kingdom. Just For The Win could have easily gone with a static backdrop, but has instead taken the time to create a stunning Alasken scenery with an animated river and snow-capped mountains. All the animal life is found on the reels however, and overall this is a pretty solid follow-up to Silverback: Multiplier Mountain.

They have spiced up the base game somewhat this time, with the multiplier wild feature, but most of the time it doesn’t really make a huge impact. It can deliver decent payouts once in a while though, and with 4,096 win ways pretty much anything can happen. The feature shines in the bonus round however, when the multiplier never resets, and the 25,000x potential is still a pretty attractive prospect.
