Pragmatic Play continues to beef up their most successful games, like they are doing with the 1000 series. The ‘250’ in Zeus vs Hades Gods of War 250 doesn’t quite deliver the same punch, perhaps, at least not until you realize it’s referring to the highest wild multiplier. Visually, the changes aren’t exactly revolutionary, which is to be expected, and to be honest, I liked the Hades backdrop in the original better than what you get here.

That being said, there are many good reasons to choose Zeus vs Hades Gods of War 250 over Zeus vs Hades Gods of War, not least if you like plenty of heavy-hitting feature and bonus buy options. This release is a gift to streamers and content creators more than anything, and it’s a bit sad that Pragmatic Play couldn’t include a way to trigger the super bonus rounds organically. For players not eligible or interested in pricy bonus buy gambles, the game is pretty much a reskin with an upgraded math model.
