It’s evident by now that Fruit Party 2 didn’t quite become the banger follow-up Pragmatic Play had hoped for, so they’ve basically rehashed the concept and added a bikini-clad party girl to the mix. Paradoxically, she is actually more “decently” dressed in the bonus round, but her flirty seductiveness is dialed up with cheesy action commentary like “Tell me your name, I’ll scream it tonight”. Lonesome, anime-consuming incels will probably gobble this up, but many will find it too annoying, desperate and distracting.

We’re also unsure about the blue water slider-looking reel background, and the generic popping fruit symbols don’t exactly scream balls-to-the-walls party animal. Getting the multiplier wild to reappear several times is far from easy, and it’s annoying when you finally get a lengthy tumble sequence only to see the wild appear on the very last tumble. The high hit rate breaks the flow with smaller wins all the time, but things tend to liven up when the bonus round hits. This is your most likely ticket to the 5,000x max win, but we prefer the original Fruit Party to either of these follow-ups.
