Amazon Jackpots Casino Review US 2026: Is It Legit & Worth It?

How The Virtual Currency System Works At Amazon Jackpots

Amazon Jackpots launched in 2026 and is operated by Mamba Limited, and like most U.S. sweepstakes casinos, it uses two virtual currencies. Gold Coins (GC) are the entertainment play virtual currency and have no cash or redemption value at all. You can use GC across the entire game library, and they're a great way to test out the different mechanics of slots available. New players get a bunch of GC with the welcome offer and ongoing rewards, but you can also optionally buy more GC if you run out.

Sweepstakes Coins (SC) are the sweepstakes virtual currency that can be redeemed for prizes after meeting the relevant redemption requirements. You can't buy SC directly, but you can claim them for free through the welcome offer, daily rewards, promos, alternative method of entry (AMOE) or they're sometimes given as a bonus when making optional GC purchases.

Best 10 Slots At Amazon Jackpots

After going through a good chunk of the 700+ games available at Amazon Jackpots, the SlotCatalog expert team put together this best 10 list based on mechanical variety and volatility range.

Starburst - NetEnt

NetEnt's most popular 5-reel, 10-payline slot runs at 96.08% RTP and low volatility, with expanding Starburst wilds triggering respins. There's no complicated bonus structure, and it has a fast and simple rhythm to it, making it the best starting point on this list if you want something gentle before moving onto the higher-variance titles.

Jack And The Beanstalk - NetEnt

This 5-reel, 20-line fairy tale-themed slot from NetEnt has a 96.28% RTP with medium volatility. The Walking wilds shift left through the respins and can triple your winlines, and players interested in offers like Real Prize casinos' free spins might like how collecting keys improves the free spins feature as it progresses. It gives you the option of more progression than Starburst without heading into the high variance category.

Bonanza - Big Time Gaming

Big Time Gaming's Mining Megaways slot runs on six reels with up to 117,649 ways to win, a 96.11% RTP and high volatility. The jewel reaction symbols cascade from two different directions, free spins are triggered if you spell the word GOLD, and there's a non-limiting multiplier that can build through the round. We think it's the best introduction to Megaways play because it's an easy-to-follow mechanic without too many side features competing for attention.

Golden Goose Megaways - Big Time Gsaming

Golden Goose Megaways is another Megaways title on the list with 6 reels, up to 117,649 ways to win and a 96.47% RTP with high volatility. We think this one has much more personality than the similar Bonanza choice. The Golden Eggs can build four Cloud Prizes, and the Bonus Boy feature collects them as the free spin multiplier scales, giving it a much more layered structure without the classic presentation of BTG's mining theme.

Diamond Fortunator Hold And Win - Playson

Playson strips this one back to 3x3 with 5 paylines and a 95.60% RTP with high volatility. The 3 Blue Diamonds trigger a Hold and Win round, expanding to 6 reels that can reveal Mini, Major, or Grand vault rewards. There's a huge contrast between the simple base game and the expanded bonus round that creates tension that you don't find in every game.

Buffalo Power Megaways - Playson

Another standout Playson slot, Buffalo Power Megaways puts a Western wildlife theme on six reels with up to 46,656 ways to win, 95.84% RTP and medium-high volatility. You'll see free spins and a Hold and Win round with jackpots giving out a range of rewards all at once. We think this one bridges the gap between Megaways and respin jackpot play that will suit most players who want both without having to switch games.

4 Supershiny Diamonds Hold And Win - Playson

Having only been released this month, 4 Supershiny Diamonds Hold and Win is the newest addition on our shortlist. Playson uses a 5x3 grid with 5 paylines and 95.67% RTP with high volatility, but it can expand to 5x5 in the Super Bonus round where Multi, Charge and Collect diamonds drive the action. The SlotCatalog expert team found this one to have more going on feature-wise than any other recent addition to Amazon Jackpots.

Elephant Stampede - RubyPlay

RubyPlays' popular safari-themed slot has a 5x3 grid with 50 paylines, a 96.91% RTP and runs on medium-high volatility, giving it the strongest return percentage on our list. Players drawn to promos like Lavish Luck free spins will appreciate the choice between free games with added wilds and Stampede Rush. And once three scatters open, a wild can also trigger a jackpot pick. We think this is the best all-round pick because of the combination of the high RTP and multiple features.

Deadwood XNudge - NoLimit City

Nolimit City's Grim Western theme uses a unique 3-4-4-4-3 reel layout with up to 576 ways to win and a 96.03% RTP with extremely high volatility. The xNudge wilds gain multipliers as they move, with free spins splitting into Hunter or the much more volatile Gunslinger mode. This is our favorite design of slot on this list but the variance is extremely high, so make sure you consider that before playing.

Fruit Zen - Betsoft

This ocean sunset fruit slot from Betsoft runs on 5 reels, 3 rows and 10 paylines at 95.96% RTP with medium volatility. Wilds on the middle reels expand and trigger respins, which creates some fun moments without complex bonus architecture to understand. We think it works as an alternative option to high-variance games above, and it's a great place to settle in for a longer session.

Five Standout Providers Behind The 700+ Game Library

Over 30 different providers are contributing to the Amazon Jackpots catalog, and the SlotCatalog expert team thinks the size of that list is one of the strongest things about the site. Here are a few standouts.

Amazon Jackpots Offers 3,000 GC And Up To 65 Free SC

In our review of Amazon Jackpots, we found a generous welcome offer to use on these slots straight away, along with other ongoing promos.

3,000 GC When You Sign Up

New players to Amazon Jackpots get 3,000 GC when they sign up with no promo code needed, but unfortunately there's no SC currently included in the no purchase bonus. The GC are still useful for trying out the site's game selection and figuring out what kind of games you like, but you can't try sweepstakes play using this offer.

Up To 112,000 GC And 65 Free SC With The First Purchase Offer

It's always free to play at Amazon Jackpots, but if you decide to buy more GC, Amazon Jackpots is offering a first purchase offer. A $20 GC bundle gives you 60,000 GC + 40 free SC as a bonus, with an 8-day Power Boost giving you another 52,000 GC + 25 free SC. That's a whopping 112,000 GC + 65 SC total. There are plenty of other ongoing bonuses available at Amazon Jackpots, including a daily login bonus, missions, tournaments and three GC purchase promos that run in the evening between 7 and 10 pm CT. For the full rundown of the welcome offer and the bonuses available at Amazon Jackpots, check out our dedicated Amazon Jackpots promo code review.

No App Available But You Don't Need One

There's currently no Amazon Jackpots app for either iOS or Android, which means you'll be accessing the site through Safari or Chrome on your mobile or tablet. The site's extremely responsive, with a collapsed bottom navigation bar and horizontally scrolling rows, and the games work in both landscape and portrait mode. You can still claim all of the bonuses and promos with the same version without missing out. While apps for sweepstakes casinos can be a handy addition, the fact that you don't need to install anything means you can access the site without wasting phone storage. The trade-off is that you miss an App Store icon, push notifications, and the convenient features a dedicated app gives you. The SlotCatalog expert team had no issues with our slot sessions, though, and it's certainly not at a disadvantage to other sweepstakes casinos.

$10 To $200 GC Bundles And A $100 SC Redemption Minimum

Making optional GC purchases is quick at Amazon Jackpots. But there are a few specific requirements and waiting periods that you'll want to know about when redeeming SC for prizes after meeting the relevant redemption requirements.

GC Bundles Range From $10 To $200

As we mentioned above, it's always free to play Amazon Jackpots, with there always being a way to collect both GC and SC. But if you decide to make a GC purchase, Amazon Jackpots accepts debit cards, credit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay, with GC bundles ranging from $10 to $200. We bought the optional first purchase offer mentioned earlier, and the GC and SC were added to our account almost immediately. If you're going to buy a GC bundle, make sure you check what bonus SC is included, because players who are used to offers like the Blitzmania promo code will notice it varies significantly.

Payment Methods	Deposits	Withdrawals
Visa	Yes	No
Mastercard	Yes	No
Apple Pay	Yes	No
Google Pay	Yes	No
American Express	Yes	No
Bank Transfer	No	Yes
Discover	Yes	No

Redemption Starts At 100 SC

Amazon Jackpots has a 100 SC minimum after meeting the other relevant redemption requirements, and the debit card you used for cash prize redemptions must be registered in the same name. You'll also need to complete KYC before your first redemption, which involves a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and evidence the payment method is registered to you. We'd always recommend completing this early, so it saves you time when you're ready to redeem your SC. The typical time frame for redemptions is around 72 hours, including weekends, but our prize came through after about 48 hours. Only one request can go through every 48 hours, with cash prizes capped at $2,000 daily and $40,000 over a 30-day period after meeting the relevant redemption requirements.

Email Is Open To Everyone, But Live Chat Unlocks After An Optional GC Purchase

The main support channel at Amazon Jackpots is [email protected], alongside an FAQ with no phone number available. The SlotCatalog expert team sent an email and got a reply in about 6 hours, but the site aims to respond within a 72-hour time frame. That's more of an official time frame, though, and our experience was much quicker than that.

After making your first optional GC purchase, you’ll also gain access to the live chat feature. This was much quicker than the email response when we tested it, receiving a reply in just over a minute. Unfortunately, it appears to only be available to players who have made optional GC purchases, which can feel quite limiting. But the FAQ section covers a lot of the information you need too.

Sweepstakes Rules And Standard Account Safeguards

Amazon Jackpots operates under sweepstakes rules and therefore doesn't hold a conventional online casino license, but every player must be at least 18 or the higher age of majority in their state. In terms of security of the site, Amazon Jackpots uses HTTPS/TLS connections, geolocation enforcement, KYC checks and payment ownership verification. The SlotCatalog expert team thinks these are positive safeguards and are exactly what you would expect to see from a reputable sweepstakes casino.

Seven VIP Tiers And Stars Reward Regular Play

Amazon Jackpots runs a seven-tier VIP program alongside a separate virtual currency called Stars. Every new account starts at the Blue tier and works up through Bronze, Silver, Gold, Black, Platinum and Diamond. Bronze kicks in at 1,000 VIP points with your gameplay missions and promo activity helping you make your way up the ranks. Stars are different from VIP points and you pick them up through daily missions, challenges and mini games, and they can be exchanged in the store for treasure hunts and scratchcards that can reward free SC. The SlotCatalog expert team enjoyed this VIP program, and we think it's one of the best reasons to come back to the site on a daily basis.

The Reels Keep Spinning Deep In The Jungle

The SlotCatalog expert team thinks Amazon Jackpots is best suited to players who love playing games from the most well-known slot providers with Megaways and Hold and Win mechanics over exclusive games. The range of providers, ongoing bonuses and mobile performance are the strongest parts of the site, especially for a new sweepstakes casino that just launched.
