The ancient Egypt theme is nicely done, but still a bit clichéd, and the big difference introduced here is the Gonzo mechanic Multiplier Meter. We like that it affects both regular wins and scatter jackpots, but then again, without any multiplier action the scatter prizes aren’t all that interesting.

We purchased the bonus round 5-6 times, and it didn’t seem that hard to get 15 spins and an x6 multiplier from the wheel. This could be beginner’s luck or whatever, but at least it’s not something that only happens once in a blue moon. The overall 3,496x potential is certainly higher than what’s on offer in the obvious source of inspiration, but you pay the price in form of a somewhat lower RTP and higher volatility.
