Potential reels are covered by orange, and these become activated one by one as the infinity mechanic plays out. This also increases the symbol multiplier. Wilds are duplicated 2 or 3 reels ahead, and they come with a special prize in the bonus round.

Whenever you land a win that utilizes all 3 of the default reels, the Infinity Reels mechanic kicks in. The reel set will then turn to the left, as a new reel opens up on the right-hand side. We actually like Hot Rise Games' take on the Infinity mechanic, as the “grid reset fatigue” we’ve talked about many times is less noticeable with this curved/circular reel setup. Going on truly lengthy reel-adding winning streaks doesn’t happen very often however, which is a problem for this engine overall. The “infinite” reel-adding action is supposed to be the big attraction, but you mostly get dead spins or 2-6 reels added. This grinds down your patience after a while, and it could be solved by very low symbol values and larger reel-adding jackpots the further you go.

Whoever wrote the intro in the game sheet did a very good job at selling Super Massive Infinity Reels, and the cosmic “disco” visuals are kind of neat in a very simplistic way.
